I need site to be developed for a new start up on a Budget Site Specs: ~7-8 Proposed Pages: About, Search, Register, Buyers, Sellers, User Agreement. Users must be able to register using email address or PayPal Need a simple communication portal where sellers and buyers can communicate examples: Ebay/[login to view URL] System should automatically delete listings after 45 days Automatic notification to seller of: inquiry, purchase offer, purged listing Search page: Price, Mileage, Make and Model and Year zip code radius PayPal link (All financial transactions will be made through PayPal) 1 active external Partner link Automatically block listings that don’t meet listing requirements Standard shareable to social media links (twitter, facebook, instagram,youtube) Sellers should be able to upload 4-5 files (pdf, gif, jpeg) Content, logo and graphics to be provided by buyer.
