Freight and Transport Service App for iPhone and Android plus a web interface

This is a project post to start building financial and budget numbers. This is going to be build under a freelancer company, so please bid actual numbers as a winner will be selected among bidders. This is not a race to the lowest price possible, but the variables that will be selected will be experience, team, projects and Freelancer rating. Project: We are aiming to build an APP for Costa Rica country only. This app is a freight service network were freight service people can enroll and offer their services to customers. From a Motorcycle messenger person that can deliver documents to trucks that can move families from house or heavy load freight services. Very similar to Uber app, were drivers and customers can enroll. Customer and Drivers BOTH: - Be able to enroll with Google, Facebook or regular email address. - Second level of identity with phone number and SMS confirmation to confirm phone number. - Display brief condition and terms to accept. - For Drivers: ** select kind of vehicle they offer and be able to add a photo of vehicle. ** Include Payout Bank information (remember this is only for Costa Rica). ** Select area of services (map region) and other factors like lift truck availability, helpers availability, etc. - For Users: ** Include payment method and save it (credit card or paypal). Global User Platform: - Select type of Service: Motorcycle, Car, pick up, truck. - Select Origin and Destiny on Map. - Add instructions and message. - Select immediately or calendar a pick up date. - When selecting Pick up truck or truck, select if lifting people of lift truck is needed. - Message Box to display what needs to be moved, size and weight. - Display a fixed rate, for motorcycle, car services, based on services and map total distance. - For Pick up truck and truck, app robot to contact nearby drivers with a base rate for distance and service requested, and let drivers add extra to total price, based on total load and service required. Drives be able to contact user via chat to ask questions on total load and service. Send photos through app chat. After drivers set bid service prices, user to select driver and display total rate. - Notify driver to go immediately or calendar pick up. - Be able to rate services and put message. - Be able to count total trips for Users and drivers. - Be able to run promotions like Notification base. - Track driver on Map, same as Uber. Display Name, Rate and profile photo. - Driver to start service when arrived. Loading time to be counted on rate. It is a fixed rate. IMPORTANT: - We need a web interface too were users can log in and request service too. - App user interface to be in Spanish language. - We require people and team that is committed to bring ideas on design and overall look of app, based on their experience. - We need a team that is committed to provide ongoing services for maintenance
