Full Stack PHP developer with Symfony & ReactJS experience

We are looking for an ambitious, passionate developer to join our team @ Deskpro and help build the next generation of features for a software product used by millions of people. You will be part of a ~10 person dev team, 50% remote and 50% based in our office in London. What will you be doing? Adding brand new features to our product, making improvements to existing features, refactoring, working on integrations as well as major new sections. What skills do you need to have? * Very productive writing PHP code. * Our framework is based on Symfony2, experience here is very helpful. * Front end uses ReactJS, you should either be familiar or prepared to learn in advance. * Experience with testing frameworks. * Know git well. This is a full time role (40 hours per week). What will you need to do to get the job? * Demonstrate the code you have written. We want to see a github/bitbucket demonstrating some high quality code. We are looking for an individual to work with, not agencies. If you don't have any code to demonstrate to us - please don't apply. If you just reply with a request to have a skype call - we will also ignore that; you will need to demonstrate in your reply that you have the skills to work on a large platform and could contribute from day 1. We are a London based team with a number of remote developers and have a lot of experience working with a remote team. We use trello, slack and github to manage tasks. Our remote team are a critical part of our company. We are looking for someone who will make a big contribution to our product. Please Note: We will need to see some code before interviewing you. Please point as your github link with some code that demonstrates your ability. We understand you may do most of your work under NDA; but if you have no personal projects, no experiments etc. that you can demonstrate we will not be able to proceed with an interview.
