Function PHP check exist link for buy Ticket on Facebook Page Event

I need a PHP function that have input a facebook event page ( url link ) and analyze if there is a specific link on buy tickets section ( on "Biglietti" section )

function checkBuyTicketLink( $fb_event_page_url ){

if ( find a specific url )

return 1;

else

return 0;

}

Becareful the link can be a short url.. like Bitly or other in this case it can be to resolve the correct link.
