We are in need of a script in any language that will do the following: 1. Receive an input of zip code and radius value 2. Get list of city's that are included in the radius of that zip code 3. Get boundary's of outer most city's that will include the list of city's 4. Create a google map showing the boundary's of all the city's 5. THIS "3. Get boundary's of outer most city's that will include the list of city's" IS NOT POSIBLE!! At least not on less than $5000 budget. You could however use an overlay without borders (per city) that will give the impression of a single overlay.
