Google Play APK Downloader Tool

I need someone to code for me a tool that can Download APK files directly from Google Play via Google Play API and place it temporarily on the server for the users to download it. Just like this website does: [login to view URL] The script should keep downloaded APKs for 30 days as a cache and delete after 30 days. On a new search query, first search in cache before download. Also the download link should be protected and only used one time to prevent hot linking. The download process should be done in a separate page, so there will be a homepage and a download page. The script should fetch the data of the app from play store (App Name, Version, File size, Image, Last updated date, Number of downloads, Rating) and get displayed to the user when they search for an app. Multiple users will be downloading APKs at the same time, so the script need to run simultaneous uploads/downloads without issues, for that it will be hosted in a VPS/Dedicated to have the necessary bandwidth.
