Help get Online Doctor Question Website operational

Hello Freelancers! I have a website.. [login to view URL] This is a Norwegian doctor website that people can visit and ask a medical question to a doctor - pay a fee and receive and answer. The site is currently just a skin and I need to get it all operational. The site is for people who may not want to visit a doctor and want to ask a question about their health or a medical condition they may be having and get an answer. The whole time keeping them anonymous and their question secret. Firstly I need people that have some skills in security, it is the upmost importance that the user asking the question to the doctor remain anonymous. The website must not keep any information on the user and all correspondence between the user and the doctor remain untraceable and anonymous. The site is in Norwegian but I can help translate. So basically a flow chart on how the site will work: - A user will visit the site - User decides to ask a medical question to the doctor - Clicks the Spor oss button This leads them to [login to view URL] - They fill in all the information and can upload an image if they wish. At the bottom there is some options under Svartid Here they can choose if they want the answer in: Ordinary time 2-3 days Or hastesvar in 1 workday. Each one is a different price Also they can choose to have their answer anonymous. If they do not choose this box then we will post their question and the answer to the homepage and the question-answer page [login to view URL] User then clicks if they understand the terms and conditions. Once that is all done they click to send in their question. User then is lead to the Payex site which is like Paypal. I will contact Payex and we can work together on getting this embedded in the site. Once payment is made user then goes to a success page with some information on how long they will wait and how they will be contacted back. USER NOW WAITS FOR ANSWER DOCTOR GETS AN EMAIL WITH QUESTION AND ALL THE INFORMATION THE USER PROVIDED Email will have the heading if it is an ordinary question or fast so the doctor knows how much time they have to answer it. Also if it is an anonymous question Now this is the part I am not sure how to handle and that is the correspondence between the user and the doctor? IDEA 1: Have the email from the user be anonymous using an email made up by the site and similar to what the Gumtree websites do. For example if someone is selling something on Gumtree and I email them, the seller does not see my email but gets an email from: [login to view URL]@gumtree for example. This way the doctor does not see the email and the system handles all the emails keeping them secure. The doctor can reply back to that email and it goes to the users actual email address. IDEA 2 Once the user has asked the question the site gives them a code. They then can go back to the site when the question has been answered and input this code taking them to a secure page where they can see the answer. I don't know what is easiest and most secure? I will take some advice here. After this the patient gets their answer back from the doctor in their chosen time. That is how the site will work. The most complicated things will be payment and keeping the communication between the doctor and user/patient secure and anonymous so the doctor does not have any information on the user. No name, address, phone or email must be passed on. There is a few things that need to be added to the site and a couple of bugs fixed with the layout: On the question page -The curser in the box under Skriv ditt spørsmål: seems to start to far across from the start of the box. -In Safari you cant enter anything in the box Relevant tilleggsinformasjon (sykdommer og medikamenter): This box also has its curser starting a to far across from the start No doubt a few other small things I need fixed.
