Hotel Floor Plan using Kinetic,js/3D/interactjs.io or anything of your choice

I have to integrate into my existing project (javascript,node.js) application an interactive floor plan where: 1: Dragging and dropping elements (rooms, staff icons, exit doors, indoor plants etc) from a toolbar or a list (and the list of available items are stored in a MySQL table 2: I would like to have a way of storing these elements' position so that it remains the same if close the app and reopen 3: I would also like only a few of these elements (at all) to be clickable for example a room. When clicked it should show it is vacant or occupied etc. (Coding this functionality is not expected from this task as we have different developer doing it). But it should be clickable. 4: Sometime, change size, color or rotate some of the elements like room, employee etc. Note: You can use any library to achieve it. Even if it is possible by using html/css/jquery alone is okay with us. Appreciate only serious developers who has prior experience bidding this. Thank you
