1. Back offices: - Add multiple hotels with address, location of the hotel, hotel data, etc. - Add / Edit Employees per hotel with full details (jop, login / logout time) - Add multiple rooms to each hotel - Adding room’s types - Addition Extra persons per room - Additional services for guests - Add prices for each room - Addition of room availability - Add special offer - Adding customer details including their photo and id proof. - Hotel and room accounts - Sales - General Journal Accounts - Final budget - Taxes - User permissions system for each hotel and each department within the hotel - Monitoring and maintenance system for rooms and hotels. - In case same customer repeats for same hotel, his details must be reused depending on mobile number. - Coloration of rooms by status (available - not available - maintenance - affiliated to a group of rented rooms) - Front office must be very very mobile friendly with simple and light UI. - Customer must be charged room rent on every day change. 2- Front Offices: • Hotel must be selected depending on employee login • Bookings • Check In and Check Out • Hotel striped with the colors state of the rooms • Fund Movement • Bills • Maintenance Program • Printing accounts, auditing, invoices and budget ** This order must be made in 40 days. ** No Payment Gateway integration necessary ** This order must be done on Laravel or Codeigniter Frameworks Only serious people should bid for this.
