Home Nursing module g. Ambulance services Project description 1. The patient can register along with all details upload. Patient himself can or his family members. 2. After register he can upload all his treatment history at one place in the app. 3. Patient can connect with registered Doctors directly through mobile app. 4. Patient can pay doctor fee through app only online. 5. Doctor can talk to the patient through app, or can have video call with Patient through app. 6. Doctor can write the prescription through app only. 7. Doctor can suggest some diagnosis if required, can suggest there only through the app. 8. And the TEST request can be notified to the diagnosis centre automatically, and to the patient through app. 9. Then the diagnosis centre will contact patient for further activities and payments. 10. The cost for the test will be automatically notified as aggregate. The cost will come from system back end and all process for each test will me mentions for all view. 11. The patient will get notified about the cost through app and can pay online. 12. And then the test will happen, if the sample need to be collected the timing will be fixed online. 13. If patient need to be visit to the Diagnosis centre then also a fix time will be given to the patient, so that he will not wait , when he will come to diagnosis centre. 14. The reports will be uploaded automatically to the patient through app. 15. The patient will then can forward the test reports ( or permission to see) to the Doctor. 16. Once Doctor saw the test reports and suggest medicines or advise for hospitalisation. 17. If doctor wrote the medicines, then these list automatically go the Pharmacy store. 18. The medicine store person will then contact to the patient for the medicines and can give price instantly through app. 19. If the patient agree, then he can pay online and the medicine store person arrange to deliver medicines to the patient. 20. If Doctor refer to admit in any particular hospital, then the hospital will get notified & patient. 21. At same time one person from hospital to contact the patient online and conform the admission. 22. And in communication the hospital person will confirm if there is any health Insurance of him or he is going to pay by himself for all [login to view URL] conformation from patient once conform the admission, a notification will go to Ambulance. 23. Then the patient will notified for avail ambulance service. If he selects to avail ambulance service, then he will be asked few questions before proceeding for payment. As, what is the patient condition, is the patient able to walk, or he is a heart patient, or any other problem. On the basis of answer the patient will be allocated a right kind of ambulance. Cost can be calculated from the GEO location distance of the places. And the Ambulance GEO location must be shown to the patient once he booked and made advance payment. 24. Patient need to pay first before ambulance arrive. Once payment conformed, then ambulance will reach to pick up. Patient can cancel the ambulance option if he travel by himself. 25. After hospitalisation, if the patient want nursing service at home, for 12 hours or 24 hours also can be avail. 26. Even any patient wants to take home nursing facility by them selves, they need to upload the patient details to the system and then only the home nursing will be allocated, and company can connect with the doctor before deploying home nursing at patient end.
