Install German language pack on Open Cart and resolve language errors on mobile template

I need someone to complete a project for me which was not completed fully by another freelancer. The details of what now needs to be completed is below.
1. I need you to fully install German onto my Opencart website
2. I need you to resolve some issues with missing text on the Italian and Dutch versions of the mobile version of the site. Example attached in this project
I am using the version Version 1.5.6 and have installed a template from template monster on the website.
You will need to ensure when you do this that
1. The layout and functionality of both the desktop and mobile version of the site work ok for all languages
2. Any text that is missing from the templates will need to be updated.
This will probably not take 1 hour for an experienced open cart expert
