Integrate an autoresponder system into my website's landing page

My website currently has a landing page but does not have a back-end system of autoresponder built into it. I need to engage the expertise of an experienced digital professional to do this. For this job, here are the key deliverables:
1. The system must work in a way that a person enters his email into my landing page and then in return the system sends the person a link to download the free gift. This email that is entered into the landing page must be captured and stored automatically using Mailerlite free account temporarily.
2. The mailerlite autoresponder system will also need to be configured such that it will send out emails in an automated fashion at pre-defined time intervals to keep the readers engaged.
3. Test and confirm that the complete system is able to work as an automated package before handing over all essential login IDs and passwords to me.
Take note that all works involved are proprietary and you must not share any information with any personnel outside the scope of work beyond what's needed. Interested candidates must be experienced in website building and use of autoresponders (mailerlite). Interested parties are to also reply with samples of websites complete with landing pages & autoresponder systems that they have built.
