Project Description I would like to get Excel DDE connection with Interactive Brokers Trader Workstation API working. Interactive Brokers provides a sample excel file but I get errors every time I try to use it. I would like you to help me with making Excel work with DDE and IB API connections so that it can retrieve data and submit orders. I get the "Remote data not accessible...start application [username].EXE?" error every time. I just can't make it work, downloaded API companion, enabled DDE on IB software, enabled macros on Excel but nothing.... This would be the first task, to get the connection working so that Excel can connect with Trader Workstation. I will have your order picked up from csv file and place the order in Interactive broker. I basically work with Java api, but if insist it has to be excel DDE, I will take a look Relevant Skills and Experience I (have integrated)/(am integrating) IB with Java apps.
