Our client has a problem with the ordering system on their website. When clients place orders on the site, the order comes through on the back end, but the clients see a hanging website (revolving icon). Another problem is that they also do not receive an email with the bank details and the PDF invoice attached. The site is built on Wordpress, and uses WooCommerce and LearnDash LMS. Hello, Learndash expert1250, I can have a look at issue and fix it for you. From the description, it might be an issue with ajax script i.e its sending data to a certain script but it's not getting the response due to an error. Is there any error_log file you see? Regards, Tony
