Looking for an android app developer (Taxi App)

Looking for an android app developer who will make me 3 different apps which will be linked up on 1 database in order to share the data, it is all about real time tracking between Riders,driver and the bus owners Rider app: Login/registration and integration of Facebook and google for the authentication of the user selection of a route he wants to take a bus from and this will lead him on a screen where he will tap to select his pickup request and make it retrieved on the driver app as well as the bus owner app and the least thing he will see a response of what he has requested is a list of all driver and their specific details of their real time location on a map designed in the riders app the rider must also be able to send a feedback in a text format to the bus owners Driver app: Login and registration also will be required but as we want to keep away the strangers, the registration will be made by ourselves we want to have access to the database so that we can register them manually, selection of the car he is driving and enter the given password of that car so that he can enter in the route he is operating in and he must also be able to change the route direction and reveal also the seats status inside the bus and he should also see the request made by the riders on that specific route he is operating in, there must be a strict naming of the bus station and Bus stop so that when his driving car enters in or exiting a certain bus stop there must be an update to the database as its specific location Bus Owner app: login and registration as of the drivers being able to read all the information about the request made by the Riders and also seeing on the heat map as to where many requests are coming from Tracking of all the bus by choosing on the road and view all the buses that operates in with the location on map as well as on a simple list Viewing all the Feed backs sent by the Riders i have a budget of $300 and i can explain my idea way more advanced
