Looking for someone to make me a YouTube Engine.

The title pretty much explains everything, I know all of the ones that exist on the market so don't try and be lazy and just deliver me something that already exists. The website has to be completely SEO optimized, has to cache each search result so that it's not using resources to display those searches again. The download button can be any of the public API's I really don't care. The website needs to have properly structured Title, Meta, and Keyword data (in alpha numeric order) Example Keywords: Song Title, Song Artist, Song Artist - Song Title, Download Song Title Example Title : Song Artist - Song Title MP3 Download The platform should be made on complete Bootstrap 3 with an admin panel to remove copyright claimed post. The website should contain a stream (the actual video iframe will work perfectly fine) The sidebar of each post should maintain a list of "Popular Posts" which is counted by page views / searches. There should also be a related feature on the song page which contains all of the related posts from that artist, based on YouTube's API / or related searches.
