Magento 2 Custom Coding and tweaks

We need some custom coding for a Magento 2 site and some tweaks we are working on.
We have created a custom phtml header, however we need to add in the minicart and search bar to it and get them working correctly. If the minicart and search input can be added to the custom phtml header file, that would be great, but if the header needs to rebuilt differently, then we are open to suggestions.
We would also like to add 'related products' to product pages. This can be either a selection we manually pick or can be products from the same category. Also on the product page, we need the Fotorama script disabling, as it is causing sizing issues (adding whitespace), or even better, it can be kept in with the spacing being fixed.
We would also like a custom contact page creating, with a contact form and some contact details. We have a contact page at the moment with the contact form, but need it to be in 2 columns with the details (and maybe google maps) on the right side.
