I need to create 2 new custom extensions:

- Shipping Method: Create a SOAP request to calculate shipping price, all soap params must be configurable from the admin page. SOAP Service Documentation is given and explained.

- Payment method: Order info must be sent to payment gateway, payment configuration fields must be configurable from the admin. Payment gateway documentation is given and explained.
