Magento 2.2.1 - Fix [login to view URL] Integration

We are wanting to use [url removed, login to view] in our Magento 2.2.1 install for processing payments online. We have entered our API credentials and MD5 but the checkout is not working and no errors are showing in the shopping cart. We need a very quick fix, but I don't know what is wrong. Perhaps the issue is in the logs, but we need a Magento 2 expert to fix this.
