Magento 1 maintenance, development and bugfixing

We are looking for a freelancer or a small agency who can help us maintaining and developing our small Magento 1 online store. Some details about the store: - Currently we’re running on Magento 1.9.1.1 - orders per year: 1500 - products: 1000 - Hosting with [login to view URL] - Bi-lingual Multi-store (DE/EN) - several modules by Amasty - Enhanced ERP module for stock and order management by Boost My Shop - Magnalister module for synching orders/products with Amazon Sellercentral - Magento DE package for the German market Please give us details about the way you work with clients, about your pricing and billing (by project, by the hour etc.). To give you a better idea, here are some tasks that need to be done at the moment (with priorities A, B and C). Don’t worry if you’re not familiar with Enhanced ERP, we can make things clear before you start working on it. (A) Set up a test/live environment (A) Update Magento to the latest Magento 1 version (A) Enhanced ERP (probably you need work with Boost My Shop support when the task is related to Enhanced ERP): Write the total stock of an item in ERP warehouses into the default Magento stock field. We need this for the Magnalister module which synchs our total stock to Amazon (B) Enhanced ERP: fix the dropshipping email that goes out to the supplier: After the update to ERP 3.1.1, the link in the mail to the supplier which is supposed to show the dropshipping order documents creates a 404 (B) Enhanced ERP: Configurable products are not showing the right shipping time (B) Enhanced ERP: "Hack" ERP so we can lower the available stock no per product and per warehouse by an individual number. We need this for a dropshipping warehouse where we don't want to sell the last item in stock because it's usually in a bad condition. Alternative: Write a script that alters the csv which we get from the dropshipping supplier before importing it into ERP. Example: We're importing the dropshippers stock every night by automatic csv import. Product A has a stock of 3 at the supplier. ERP or the external script deducts 1 pc. (number should be possible to set on a per product basis) from the stock and only shows 2 available pieces for that warehouse. (B) Implement Paypal Express instead of Novalnet as a payment provider (C) Enhanced ERP: We're using the Amasty Out of Stock Module ([login to view URL]) to create automatic emails to customers when products are back in stock. Since we installed ERP, these messages aren't sent anymore. (B) take care of general Magento health/bugs/updates
