Magento 2 Search Revised

When you use the top right search box on the site
My search terms are listing "checkout" and "wishlist" terms such as...
"checkout cart add uenc aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cucGlwZWxhZ2d"
"wishlist index add product 734 form_key 2fsQYTFfGA"
"rss order status"
Please see attached image. Obviously the search module isnt configured correctly and its picking up phrases from the database regarding the cart, rss, and wishlist terms for some reason when it should only be relaying product terms.

YOu should change the configuration of a search model which only take a that . If you haven't done any custom changes
