Make some changes in our html/css site

I'm currently creating a new webpage, and I will need some help to do some changes on it:
For now, I'm focusing on making the [login to view URL] page the way I want it, before I will copy these changes to the other pages I will create.
Some changes may be needed to be done in the stylesheet, so that it will work on all sites, without unneeded extra code.
The example images and the html files are in a zip file that can be downloaded from wetransfer: [login to view URL]
1. Change the logo.
Change the logo and size, and put the text under like the attached image.
2. Remove the right side menu totally. The button can be removed.
3. Change the way the boxes in the bottom works. It should contain a png image, and all the boxes should be in the same size regardless how much text is put. (We could make it maximum 5 lines of text if needed).
It should be possible to click the images to get to a new product page. The image is just to show how it should work - we will not use the same picture for all the boxes in the final version. (I can change these myself).
4. Remove the third column in "Z-POS Datakasse" and "Z-POS Informasjon" in the top menu.
5. Make the "Blogg" and "Fjernhjelp" menu options clickable, without the drop down menu. (Since these two options only contain one menu item, it would be much quicker to just press them).
All changes should also be shown nicely on mobile devices.
