Custom Registration / Emp. Candidate Verification script / MAMBO CMS

Uses MAMBO's standard Opt-in Registration process with Email Confirmation and modifies the Registration backend a bit.

1. More Registration fields than the standard

2. Registrant also submits names and email addresses of friends and Associates that can verify their information.

3. Emails go out with custom links to those Associates…returning them to a custom online survey form that asks them to verify certain pre-specified fields (as per the Registrant's specifications/that Associate's knowledge about them).

4. Survey responses get accumulated in a database -- also specifying the Employer / Company JobID -- and is then available for offline download to a MS-Access database where some data manipulation takes places (Access program NOT a part of THIS bid -- that is in Phase II).

5. Also customization of all emails to the Associates BY the Registrant is necessary. As well as customization of emails to and from original Candidate's/Registrants via an Admin login by the Company contact person.

6. Therefore three types of users -- WEBsite Administrator (me), Employer's/Company contact person, and the Employment Candidates (Registrants) whom we are verifying.

7. In addition we will need a page to explain our Privacy Policies and for general PR explanations about Who we are, What we do, and Why this site exists, etc. We want to give those coming to the site via the Survey Response Form links (in the email they received) a button(s) to receive more information about this service app

I have attached a DETAILED SPEC Doc file and sample screens.

PS. If someone is NOT familiar with MAMBO please state that in reply. Other CMS's could also be used. My desire was to take advantage of their existing user registration and email confirmation functionality.
