Hi there, I am new to freelancer.com but I have been developing applications for multiple years primarily in PHP and JavaScript which some were used by US Government. I have some experience in building messaging systems such as live chat, forum and personal messaging. I recently just launched a website that features a chat and a forum(forum is currently still in development) and currently finalizing another that also have messaging system.
