Simply convert this existing script\site (Hebrew Bible) which is made out of PHP\JS\XML into a Wordpress Plugin and design it in accordance with my PSD.

This is the existing website url (also attached):

PSD layout & webfonts attached.

* Needs to be responsive and fully supportive of mobile devices (using fingers to scroll menus \ text \ chapters \ pages).

* Hebrew is a RTL language (so advancing left is forward \ advancing right is backwards) .

* Extra instructions at layout_with_info.jpg.

* Advantage to Hebrew speakers :)
