Minimal changes for an oscommerce store

I have an oscommerce store based on this template: [url removed, login to view]
However, I have some programming bugs and need some graphic design work. This is the list of pending tasks.
PAYMENT MODULE
[url removed, login to view] is not showing the shipping price. Need a rate for delivery within some cities, a rate for national, and a rate for international, based on the city where the package is going to be delivered.
Need to manage the following payment options:
- Upon delivery. Customer is paying when he receives the merchandise.
- Bank Transfer or deposit.
- Credit card using Paypal

FORMAT

REGISTRATION.
Replace word “Empresa” with “Iglesia”
Replace word “Suburbio” with “Colonia”
Need to replace the image of the surfer that appear when you register.
Need fields Country, State, and City be list box instead of editable, showing all Mexican states and cities. Need to change the order of the fields.
HOME PAGE
Replace “Add to cart” with “Agregar al carrito”
Replace “Details” with “Detalles”.
Replace Go button on search box, with 'Ir' button.
Product description is not appearing.
ADVANCED SEARCH
Table does not have the layout.
BUTTONS.
All buttons need to be like in the template.
