minor php issue to be resolved asap

I have a php script for real estate website that takes properties data from a file in the same server and adds them into database. We recently migrated our website from one server to another, the script work well in previous server but not in new server. Here are the urls: [login to view URL] (working) [login to view URL] ( not working, shows 500 internal server error) When you run the script, it will take time to finish. I have attached the script as well, both server has exactly same file. Thank you
