Modesy Script Modifications

Job Description:

I am looking for some modifications done to the Modesy Multi-vendor marketplace script. I need some plugins and mods done and hopefully wont take too long after selection of a programmer.

PLEASE DO NOT PLACE INITIAL BID WITHOUT READING THE PROJECT. Most programmers are picked due to cost and reviews, experience and time frame.

- Email system to send emails when anything happens on the site, not just adding products, new signup and orders. I need to have emails sent when a help ticket comes in, a store changes their plan, payout requests, payout completed, etc.

- I also want to implement a listing fee and transaction fee (Both a $ and %) For Example: $1 + 3.5%, not that important but would like to have.

- Favorite a sellers shop

- Vacation mode

- Wallet system, where sellers can add money to their balance, which would pay subscription plans and featured listings

- Shipping integration or atleast something that says if the seller ships USPS, the tracking number will link to the USPS website and show the customer tracking information.

- Customize emails sent from system inside Admin Area

- Note to seller on checkout (text field so customer can include a message to seller on checkout)

- Ability to search by price variations ($1-$25, $25-$50, $50-$100, $150 and up)

- Seller can have return policy, cancellation policy, refund policy and exchange policy

- Allow for partial refunds to customers (For example Customer received product and doesn’t like it, vendor only wants to refund that product cost)

- In membership plans the ability to change commission fee according to which plan they choose AND special commission per vendor. Example: Basic Plan 20% commission, Midsize Plan 15%, Mega Plan 10%, Yearly Plan 8%..
