Modify MVS and batch print for OScommerce

I have MVS (Multi vendor shipping) installed on a heavily modified Oscommerce. This allows for products to be listed by Supplier as well as manufacturer in the admin side. When items are ordered from a specific supplier , and email is sent to that supplier with all the order details. I also have Batch Print Centre installed to print invoices/packing lists etc. I have two issues that I need resolving 1- The problem is that if a customer buyes items from more than one of my suppliers then they have a set of delivery options for each of those suppliers. I want them to chose from just ONE SET OF DELIVERY OPTIONS no matter how many suppliers the items are coming from. I can turn off MVS in the admin pannel which will then let me have one shipping method for all items, however turning off MVS also turns off the other functionality i.e. emailing each supplier to order the stock etc; which I dont want to do. 2- Batch Print centre produces PDF invoices/packing slips that only displays a "x" in the item description , since MVS has been installed I want this error to be routed out and for all items on a customers order to be visible in the PDF's generated by Batch Print centre.
