Modify Prestashop module adjust and fix export function date picker issue

Need to make module adjustment to move change function to be executed after order status is paid, currently it executes on order submit.
On our PHP(CI based) crm system there is export function with date range datepicker, in some cases it gives error "Message: Undefined offset: 0", it should have validation not to give such PHP errors.
