Multi-Bank statements consolidation application

Seeking for capable software engineers to create an application (Ideally in Java or PHP, but open for recommendation) which can: 1. Login and stay connected with at least top 4 banks (BCA, BNI, BRI, and Mandiri) 2. Automatically download the available bank statements for all the banks above (Potentially, cron job that run every 10 minutes) 3. Segment the statement to defined category based on certain keyword. For example: If there's "Bunga" in the description, put that in "Bank Interest" category. 4. Show the summary of incoming versus outgoing transactions which can also be drilled down to: a. Per category level b. Certain date range For example: - Outgoing transfer to Budi: 100k - Outgoing transfer to Andi: 140k - Bank fee for Outgoing transfer to Andi: 7500 - Incoming transfer from Hendra: 120k - Bank interest: 500 So it should be able to summarise: - Outgoing: IDR 247,500 - Incoming: IDR 120,500 But also say for outgoing: - Transfer: 240k - Bank charges: 7500 For incoming: - Transfer: 120k - Bank interest: 500 Happy to fine-tune requirement above.
