We need android app with basic admin panel. Project Description: We have game sensor product in which we want to control the device via Infrared. One external infrared device will connect to our android mobile phone. And we want to play a video while the device is moving, video will come from external resource or from our server. First time when our android app launches the video will download into our mobile local storage. And in background our app will fetch for any update on the video, if video updates then it will download and replace the older one and play that video (Latest one), if video not updated then play the old one. Admin Panel : Admin will be able to upload the video into our server and the same video will send as url to app. and basic admin functionality will be there for admin panel.
