Need to convert Website to Multi-Lingual portal with Hindi and English

Hello, I have a website developed on wordpress. Now I want to convert it to multi-lingual website in which a user select one of the two languages Hindi/English and the content gets filtered accordingly. The content will not be translated, but both hindi and english content will be added separately. Also for hindi font it should support Remington Keyword with Mangal font in the backend of wordpress. Also the Hindi and English article should be linked to each other. The hindi article will have link of English article below it and the english article will have link of hindi below it. All metas, title, etc. will be added separately for both hindi and english article. Only serious bidders and no spammers and project will be allotted to the candidate who has already worked on a similar project. No newcomer should bid on this project.
