Need JS Developer - Images of wordpress plugin essential grid are not shown on internet explorer

We are using the wordpress plugin essential grid with the theme flatsome. We only use it on one page for a product overview. On all browsers the product overview looks good. But on internet explorers the images are not shown. The plugin author wrotes that this must be a theme specific problem because of changes in js. The theme author confirmed that they made some internet explorer specific changes in the main js file. So we need a developer who could clear the problem.
