need to fix a python file and add API to it so it will work on any stock-1

I am taking a python course , the guy build a stock prediction app in python , but i think i it is not based on API rather on csv data from [login to view URL] , can you make it import any stock data and predict if price is up or down next day , so far he did it in a way if VOL of trading is up and price is up it will continue going up. once you are familiar with it , i want to add other criteria then just VOL of trading so make sucess % higher i attached files for your reference we use python with psycharm , tensorflow and pandas , etc
