So basically the approach would be The website will have Video classes of doctors from around the globe. A person visits the site and registers to get access (Video's should be restricted for un registered users) Once an individual registers, They have access to 10 video (max) after that if they need to view they will have to go for the premium service by paying. Key - Every user needs to have an individual account which can me edited. - When registering email and SMS verification needs to be done. I would need a complete breakdown of the proposal.
