I need a programmer

I aim to create a website connecting artistic creations with reviewers. The reviewers would be presented with a list comprising two lines about each creation, together with certain stats. From the list, a reviewer could click through to a creation. The stats about each creation (i.e. the stats showing in the aforementioned initial list) include: date of the creation's 1st release on the site, number of reviewers who have clicked through, number of reviewers who reached the end of the creation. The list needs to be sorted by a combination of the creations' respective performance data and release dates, so that priority is given to both the newest uploads and the existing uploads that are performing well. (Ideally the sorted performance data would be an average performance across all factors, with a parallel option for the reviewer to sort by any one factor). This so that the creations which aren't doing so well sink down the list with time, while those that are doing well float to the top.
