Need a python script to do a simple job.

I need a python script to do a simple job. The basic job flows are given below: 1. This script will takes one email id from an email list (provided by me). 2. The script add it to a URL string to query for response. (based on curl query method) 3. The response received will be either of two type. 4. It checks the response and save the email of type 1 response in one output list and type 2 response in other output list. 5. The process will be repeated till it check all email ids from the list. Important Note: 1. We need to be able to define time delay between two queries. Like: zero time gap, 0.5 sec or 1 sec 2. The script should be fast to process large list 3. Deliver after proper testing. No bugs More details will be provided to interested candidate. Please bid only you have good experience with Python script and have done similar job.
