Using the Shopify App API, I need a way to bulk create collections based on the contents of a .txt file.

I have about 300+ collections, adding them by hand is impossibly slow.

If you can do it for under $20, I would love you forever; otherwise I'm going to pay for one of these stupid apps on the store to do it.
