I need my theme registration customized by groups plugin

I have a modal registration screen in my theme. The plugin installed, which is Groups that enable my site restricted woocommerce subscriptional products visibility by members After groups installed, it was also embedded in wordpress user account so that any new user registrated my site, then admin should select the group manually in user account that user belongs to. I would like that new user who fills the registration screen, should also select the group from a list before login. Selectable group list should be displayed on registration screen.
