I Need an Xbox coder / Programmer

I have a website named [login to view URL] its similar to Netflix and Youtube in which its basically a site that plays videos. I want my site to be published on the Xbox platform. The same as Netflix and Youtube is, however its very small in comparison to those sites. I use Vimeo Pro as my video storage and server and I only have about 6-7 categories of videos with about 7 videos per category. Total around 50 videos. I have my app on Apple Tv, Roku and Amazon Fire tv so I would need the design to stay consistent as possible to those apps. I have attached screen shots of the app already done.
