Needs Core PHP developer for wordpress projuect

My site will be serving pictures from stock sites like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] [login to view URL] etc. I have a plugin that requires some customization. I need to have the same functions as the site muralsyourway.com. Here is a reference page to what I need my site to do. [login to view URL] If you notice there are predetermined sizes already. That is required. Under that you will notice that users can enter custom dimensions. I need this as well. If you enter custom dimensions there will be a selection tool that will show up over the picture. This tool will change size and shape according to the custom dimensions. I have a similar tool. It is required that my tool work exactly like the one from [login to view URL] Please inspect the selection tool carefully to understand what I require. The prices also change depending on the dimensions of the picture. I require this as well and will provide the price once the project is awarded. On the reference site there are options for different materials. I require that and will provide the information once the project is awarded. Please be aware, I need this function to work with all pictures on the site. Pictures that are already uploaded, pictures that are uploaded by users, and pictures that are served from the stock sites. On the reference site, they have an option on the navigation menu "create your own" this is where users can upload their own images for print. Last, I need some changes on the home page. I need to change some text, several pictures, and a video. This is on a wordpress site with a plugin and theme already installed. But I'm open to suggestions if it will be easier and still meets my requirements.
