I have reviewed your job application and ready to develop a simple listing management tool so you can create listings, post listings, mark as sold, end listings, repost listings, etc. from one place. As per my suggestions, I will develop this tool by using PHP custom framework i.e Laravel because in future you can easily modified or add functionality by creating custom modules.
