One page to show the history route of vehicle

Hello,
I need a single page that show the history position of vehicle.
I will provide a database with 2 tables (vehicles and positions).
The page must have a start and end date selector, a vehicle selector and checkbox to select draw route or lines between points( I will explain later).
After the user select date and vehicle, the page must draw the route of vehicle and must show a chart with velocity and start/stop engine.
When the user cross the mouse in chart, the page must show the vehicle in the position at the time clicked or mouseover. The maximum data show is 24hours., for example start at 00:00 and finish 24:00 maximum, but can be start 01:00 and finish at 07:00.

My requirements:
Responsive page.
The page must be PHP >5.6
Mysql
Dont aceppt google maps, bing maps.
Need use only openlayers, openstreetmaps, osrm routing and sidebar v2.
I dont want use another frameworks.
The chart must be open source
