Online Poker Gaming Website

I am looking to create an online texas holdem website for people to play together, for fun, not real money. I would like them to have the ability to join a game and play with their friends. I also want them to be able to set up the website to be on tournament style as well. I would like them to be able to change some things such as: chips, blinds, and some other settings, which I will get into with you once my project is accepted. I also want the site to be able to keep track of how many chips people have bought in for, and won.
