Opinionbased rating-website/Ratemyteacher

Hello! We´re working on introducing a new concept, which is already known well-used internationally. The main idea is to create a "ratemyteacher" website, where you can add your teacher, and then grade the teacher based on a bunch of different categories. In order to keep the website maintained, there should also be a control system. Firstly, the "rater" needs an account, with manual approvation. Once the account is validated through e-mail and approved by a moderator, the user may add their teacher and their opinions, having the ability to "star" the teacher based on a set of different qualifications. This information shouldn´t be publicly visible, until moderated and accepted by a moderator. I´m also thinking of an easy landing-page, with a few navigation-links on the top, however, with a large search-bar in the middle. This search-bar should contain all inserted teachers and/or schools. Should also be an option to add the teacher/school, if there´s no information about the teacher in advance on the website. Feel free to contact me with questions :)
