Optimise a slow loading website

Hi,
I need someone who knows what they are doing to optimise my website which is terribly slow. As a result I'm getting high bounce rates.
I've inspected using GTMetrix and know roughly where the issues are, but I'd like an expert to just go in and correct the issues.
Should be a quick job for someone who knows what they're doing.
