Need to add Oracle 12c adapter to phinx ([login to view URL]).

Pullrequest with older version ([login to view URL]) can be used as boilerplate. I expect quality code of [login to view URL] together with tests.

The code has to be submited as pullrequest and has to pass the travis and stickler code review, include the tests into .[login to view URL]
