Project description If you are not an expert developer of osTicket ([login to view URL]), please don't bother bidding! We want you to develop following features to osTicket latest install. Following features need to be built as plugins so can be reused and installed when Osticket software upgrade released. 1. SMS gateway Generic API integration (e.g. Gateway [login to view URL] for reference) - send SMS when new ticket created, closed, status change and custom form in Admin site to send SMS if client have provided mobile and also given consent (checkbox) to receive mobile alert when they created a ticket. 2. Bulk Ticket Import/Export Facility - New module/Plugin to allow user to bulk import and export tickets in CSV format using new easy to use advanced interface. Detailed requirement document is attached. I think, these information should suffice to give final estimate. Feel free to contact me if you have any specific questions. Milestones: 1. 50% when SMS Gateway is complete and satisfactory demo given and tested by me in your environment. Fairly, You will need to deploy SMS gateway to my server only after you receive your 50% milestone payment. 2. 50% when Import/Export utility is complete and satisfactory demo given and tested by me in your environment. Fairly, You will need to deploy SMS gateway to my server only after you receive your 50% milestone payment. 1 Month after deployment support for any bugs or issues. Technical handover document detailing list of code and DB changes with steps to install/un-install plugins are required post each milestones.
