Parse email body of email and get shopping receipt data

I have written my JAVA application which does oAuth 2.0 authentication on email (for now gmail) and gets into the user inbox. I need to hire a developer to write a parser that goes to inbox to search for digital (shopping) receipts with set of certain strings which are in 30 plus in number now. But, I should be able to add the strings later in the script. The script should search the inbox and get the digital receipts data like Order #, Amount, Itemized detail, Quantity etc from email and dump into DB. So, when we look at the DB data it should accurately show all the items on receipt. Very important is - Parsing for itemized data. Does this make any sense? Also it should capture screenshot of email and put in DB. I will have continuous work on this. But first want a quote and timeline for this. Remember that, you have to write a parsing script for parsing unstructured data and accuracy of the parsed data should be highest. I have online shopping digital receipts from many shops and retailer. Your script should work on any or all of the receipts and get data accurately in DB. I can discuss this with you.
